HR Operations & Insight Manager

My client a well known professional body, is recruiting for an HR Operations & Insight Manager to join the business on a 6 month FTC. As part of the People Management Team, your role will be to lead the delivery of operational HR, employee benefits and remuneration to the business as well as the production and analysis of people metrics and insight.

Key accountabilties in the role will involve:
Managing the day to day employee lifecycle activities including contract changes, employee benefits and payroll administration as well as managing relationship with 3rd party suppliers and brokers
Ensure there is a effective delivery of HR operations through the such as the pensions provider, payroll services and other employee benefits
Manage the annual salary review process globally
Support global HR policy development, review and implementation
Lead the production of internal and external people reporting, including aspects of the Annual Report and gender pay gap report
Undertake advanced data manipulation, analysis and reporting from raw data and systems
to provide insight relating to people

The successful candidate have a broad HR operations background which encorporates strong numerical ability, people analytics and be confident drawing meaningful conclusions from data.
