HR Business Partner
Superb opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a market leading business based in Reading. They are currently undergoing an exciting period of change and have a challenging agenda to deliver key people change across the business.
They are seeking an HR Business Partner to join them to support this change, and help deliver the ambitious 5 year plan. The role will be in supporting the Head of HR to develop and deliver the people agenda and associated activities.
Key areas of accountability will include:
Design, development and delivery of the people agenda through the implementation of a defined people plan which supports the delivery of the overall business plan
Responsible for aligning the people change activities with the wider organisational delivery plans
Driving improvements in organisational capability by challenging management groups to drive a performance management culture delivering a step change in approach
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
An experienced HR Generalist who has operated as a strategic HR Business Partner in complex, large organisations.
Significant experience of partnering and influencing senior leadership teams.
Ability to demonstrate a track record of proactive HR delivery with business areas/client groups and can understand the business challenges and translate these into a strategic people plan.
You’ll need to be comfortable ‘rolling up your sleeves’ as well as working individually to get things done.
CIPD qualified, or equivalent is essential.
