Job Details
Great opportunity to join a well established organisation within the Hospitality and Catering sector, who are looking to appoint a temporary PA based in Watford on an ongoing basis (with potential to go permanent).
Client Details
The client are recruiting a temporary PA due to growth, based in Watford. The role will involve general PA duties such as travel and diary management, managing correspondence, organising meetings, etc.
Description
As a temporary PA, your key responsibilities will be:
- Travel and Diary management
- Manage VP's travel arrangements
- Processing correspondence
- Maintaining systems including filing
- Dealing with incoming calls and queries
- Paperwork and documentation as and when required
- Meet and greet visitors
- Ad hoc Administrative/ PA duties as and when required
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available to start, and have previous experience working within an administrative/ PA. They must have strong communicative skills, both written and verbal, and be able to travel to Watford and work full time.
