My client is a leading communications business who own a number of agencies aimed at supporting the pharmaceutical world from a marketing and services solutions perspective.

Description

This is an end to end recruitment role whereby you will support alongside another Internal Recruiter four key locations nationally with the aim of filling both niche and head office based roles.

• liaising with key senior stakeholders in the business around recruitment needs
• sourcing positions
• shortlisting CVs
• arranging and co-ordinating interviews
• managing compliance and recruitment administration
• providing feedback to candidates
• making offers to candidates and supporting with onboarding and inductions
• Recruitment KPI reporting and managing the ATS
• managing recruitment budget

Profile

• Internal Recruiter/ agency recruitment experience
• The ability to recruit both niche roles, carefully proactively sourcing and also fill head office based roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Job Offer

• 25 days + bank holidays
• £27,000
• Full time hours with flexibility to work from home where needed
