  • Who we're looking forWe have identified the need for a multi-skilled digital designer to help create content across a wide variety of platforms. The designer will focus on our highest profile work and help bring them to life creatively across a wide range of channels but with a key focus across digital platforms, including web and mobile assets and social media content.

    Working within a team of 7, reporting into the Design Studio Manager. The team help shape PwC’s biggest campaigns, which are widening in their scope and the use of channels to attract new audiences. You will help drive the digital content being produced by the current team. Leading on projects, by bringing new insights, knowledge of current trends, creative ideas and challenging our marketing teams to produce work to the highest standards.

    You’ll have your finger on the pulse in terms of best practices to create innovative content, from motion graphics on Instagram stories to shaping the UX/UI on new campaigns on our external website through to defining our event sign up pages. No creative challenge will be too much for you and you’ll help push the PwC brand into new digital spaces.

    The role will play a key part within the Creative Centre of Excellence and part of PwC’s in-house creative team within the Sales and Marketing function. A core team of 35 people, including designers, video producers and project managers delivering highly creative design solutions to the UK and global firms.

  • Able to lead the ideation and execute the creative development of campaign identities, digital and motion assets across a range of channels.

  • A solid experience of integrated campaigns is essential as your work will cover print, digital, video and event design delivering brand campaigns and marketing collateral across B2B audiences.

  • You have a portfolio that displays an excellent track record of inventive and compelling creative work across digital and social platforms including Twitter and Instagram stories.

  • An understanding of copy and how it can work to create impactful creative messages.

  • You will help on creating the UX/UI of campaign pages for our internal and external websites.

  • Help support other designers, of various experience levels, to drive the quality of the creative work produced, challenge ideas and develop designers to be world class.

  • You will be taking briefs from clients, challenging and questioning clients as appropriate. Able to discuss appropriate options for design and advising clients of best use of graphics whilst adhering to brand guidelines.

  • You will be required to work using PwC brand guidelines and have relevant experience to solve creative problems within a brand infrastructure.

  • You will help the team think bigger, better, bolder, challenging them as necessary. Helping them to think ‘art of the possible’.

  • Play an intrinsic part in the creative process, from concept stage, refinements and controlling branding, through to implementation.

  • An ability to project manage your own workload, projects and delivery timelines.

  • A flexible ‘can do’ and ‘hands on’ attitude, with a client-centred approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a healthy sense of humour.
