People Advisor

The Badenoch + Clark HR Team are proud to be working in partnership with an established Housing Association based in Farringdon to appoint their new People Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their busy HR Team and work on a progressive team.

The Role:
In this role you will advise line managers on the most effective ways to fill a vacancy and will support the recruitment process. You will focus on assisting with employee relations and performance management, from disciplinary to grievance processes and performance to capability assessments.

*Provide an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and policies
*Advise, guide and influence the senior leadership team around the people related challenges and how this contributes to company performance
*Support on TUPE projects and change programmes
*Take the lead on all vacancies and talent management throughout the full life cycle
*Travel to different sites for implementation and overall stakeholder management

The Person:
*Outcome focused attitude and approach, resourceful and works to make things
happen, taking others along with them
*Relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through new, innovative and more effective ways of working
*Human Resource qualified including Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or commitment towards gaining CIPD qualification
