A leading global organisation is looking for an interim Change Project Manager to assist with a company integration from start to finish. You will be responsible for designing, driving and delivering the change management activities in line with business objectives within timeframe and budget.

Location: Hampshire with some travel to Yorkshire

Accountabilities include:

  • Preparing project documents that define approach, resource requirements, benefits and delivery schedule
  • Providing proactive support to ensure outputs are running to the agreed timescale, quality and budget
  • Putting together project status reports and any risks/issues are identified
  • Developing stakeholder relationships, providing guidance and support as required
  • Carrying out change activities in line with internal values, policies and procedures and in accordance with laws, rules and regulations
  • Working closely with the HR team to support execution and ensure HR processes are followed consistently
  • Supporting HRBP's to build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change

Skills and experience

  • Must have strong a strong understanding of project management and business improvement methodologies
  • Must have successfully project managed a company integration previously across multiple locations
  • Experience of working collaboratively with HR departments is desirable
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with positive outcomes
  • Strong time management and project planning skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work to tight timescales
