I have partnered with a really exciting energy firm in central London, in their search for a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a permanent role, paying £25-27,000.

This is a brand new role within a growing recruitment function. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, you will be supporting with processes and take responsibility for the recruitment cycle. This will allow you to devleop your time/diary management skills and work to a fast pace.

Occassionally, you will also get involved in sourcing for candidates, depending on the role. This will allow you to engage with people in the market, and become a real expert in your field.

There are fantastic development opportunities with this organisation, which gives you the scope to get involved with a variety of different campaigns and projects. This will allow you to gain more exposure in other aspects of HR.

I am looking to speak with recent graduates who have an interest in recruitment, or those with experience in an internal role and looking for their next step.
