HR Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading business in their search for a Part time HR Advisor. Permanent / £30k-£35k plus car allowance / 20 - 25 hours - flexible as to when these get completed.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading business in a newly created role.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to;

·ER case management.
·Actively involved in the recruitment process.
·Manage and drive the Employee self service system.
·Work closely with managers, coaching and guiding them through any HR queries.
·Travel will be required to other sites as and when required.

We are looking for;

·Previous experience in a true generalist role.
·Exposure to working in a fast paced environment.
·Ability to travel to other sites if required.
·excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage your own diary.
