Job Details
Coordination of the key OD steps as well a operational process mapping across the whole organisation.
Applying a fit for purpose and best practice approach to OD and Change.
Mapping operational processes across the top 3 tiers of the organisation.
Support the work stream leads with each stage of the process and transfer knowledge and learning to the leadership and employees impacted by the change.
