My client are a well-known leading B2B organisation who are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join them in their London office. You will be an exceptional People leader for both the HR team and the wider business, with the ability to lead on everything from coaching the people team, lead on company-wide initiatives and influence key stakeholders, alongside a number of other attributes. A company known for putting their people at the centre of what they do, you will work closely with the HR Director to influence the Executive team on new initiatives and focuses, with a number of projects already set out for the year.

 

 

Duties will include:

 

Overseeing a leading business partnering service to senior executives and their teams, shaping ways of working, organisational structures and coaching managers on achieving the very best from their people

 

Ensuring best practice in relation to employment legislation, line manager knowledge and dealing with employment issues

 

Leading on the delivery of brand-aligned initiatives ensuring a joined-up employee experience

Working closely with Reward to ensure processes, guidelines and policies are continuously reviewed and improved

Leading on Diversity & Inclusion, partnering with key stakeholders and ensuring the company culture and working practices are inclusive

Working closely with the HR Director on develop the People strategy

Therefore experience in D&I, Reward and Employee Relations is key, with the ability to lead on strategic initiatives and develop the team. This is the perfect role for an experienced Head of HR to join a leading SME with a breadth of opportunity to really make a difference in a business and for their people. You will come with extensive executive stakeholder experience, faced numerous challenges with pushing back and influencing, and developed a successful People team.
