HR Business Partner
Are you an experienced and commercial HR Business Partner, looking for a new and challenging role? Would you like to join a prominent North West organisation, who is seeing year on year growth and successes in both the UK and Europe?

They require a HR Business Partner to enhance this forward thinking Company's genuine focus on people and culture to ensure the Business can retain and develop their growing workforce. You will take responsibility for the full spectrum of HR responsibilities and acting as a true partner to the Senior Management team on all HR related issues and policies. You will support your business area with everything from compensation and reward, talent management and attraction, cultural and organisational change and employee engagement, as well as personal and leadership development.
We are looking to attract a passionate and creative HR generalist who can turn their hand to anything people related. Alongside a forward focussed approach you will have an ability to coach and develop a relatively newly formed and highly ambitious leadership team.
Ideally coming from retail/digital/contact centre background, influencing at a senior level and resilience is essential; you will possess strong emotional intelligence and be able to prioritise HR initiatives effectively. An ability to work at pace whilst offering sound, pragmatic HR advice to your customer base is as important as your ability to make the workplace a fun and successful environment.
