About the teamSales & Marketing is a centralised support function and covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development. The prime area of focus for the function is to support the development and implementation of the firm’s market strategy and in particular to ensure:

  • PwC is looking for a campaign manager to join the Marketing team at manager level.

    This newly formed team will sit in the Campaign Management skill set as part of the new Marketing Centre of Excellence. This is a large multi-disciplinary team across all grades from senior manager through to executive. This team is the backbone of marketing delivery across the Growth Priorities, Line of Service, Regions and Industries focusing on the development and delivery of activity that aligns to the Sales and Marketing strategy.

    This is the largest team in the Centre of Excellence, with reporting into the Head of Campaign Management.

    You will be responsible for delivering, tracking and measuring key integrated marketing campaigns, programmes and activity.

    Primary responsibilities include
  • Planning and delivery of a number of topical and strategic marketing campaigns across the firm’s growth priorities and programmes through an integrated multi-channel approach

  • Work collaboratively across the Marketing Centre of Excellence with Content and Digital marketing teams where applicable to deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns

  • Advising on the development of clear customer journeys to underpin campaign activation

  • Translating the creative vision of the business into campaigns

  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance, using marketing automation where relevant

  • Developing strong expertise in all aspects of Marketing Cloud and implementing best practice.

  • Stakeholder management (in conjunction with the business aligned teams) across major campaigns

  • Reporting, data management and insights on campaign performance

  • Project managing innovative, market leading client campaigns across all of our platforms and channels

  • Ensuring that marketing and brand compliance policies and procedures are followed at all times

  • Exceptional budget management to ensure all investment is fully utilised

  • Briefing and management of agencies aligned to supporting the delivery of campaigns and wider marketing activity

  • Line management of Marketing executives as appropriate to project

  • The candidate can be based anywhere nationally in the UK.


    Key capabilities the individual would need include
  • A passion for marketing and a curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways of working

  • A mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimising

  • Good understanding of how to bring creative ideas and the right channel mix together to reach a target audience

  • Proven experience of developing and delivering multi channel campaigns alongside experience of measuring and analysing data to build a picture of campaign performance and ROI

  • Clear communication skills

  • Experience of working in complex, matrix organisations would be helpful, along with evidence of managing varied stakeholder groups

  • Commercially strong, offering insight into how to create lead generating B2B campaigns

  • Strong influencing skills to challenge the status quo

  • Experience of Marketing Automation systems would be very advantageous
