Your new role

This role will be operations focused whilst dealing with the HR/ER issues when needed.

Acting in a stand alone capacity, you shall be acting as Operations Manager across all global offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain processes in order to ensure the onboarding and offboarding runs smoothly and in line with the compliance requirements
• Ensure all company literature and contracts are compliant
• Manage Global HR policies across the global offices
• Monitor holiday/ sick leave
• Main point of contact for all ER related enquires
• Monthly business reporting and analysis
• Maintain Visa records for across all offices
• Manage benefit and relationships with the relevant 3rd party suppliers
• Maintain records of local operating licenses
• Manage day to day IT requirements/ CRM database and telephone services in conjunction with 3rd part suppliers
• Provide guidance on the performance management process and support managers in the effective performance management of their staff
  

What you'll need to succeed


Key Skills

• Experience working in a HR Operations role
• Highly organised
• Professional with a strong 'can do' attitude
• Willing to get involved with all aspects of the company's processes
• Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
• Motivated and ambitious
• Experience of creating/ improving process
• System literate - Microsoft office Excel etc.
• Be able to delegate and escalate as appropriate
• Strong employment legislation knowledge
