Job Details
A leading global law firm based in the City are currently recruiting for a Pre-Screening Recruitment Project Manager on a 4 month basis.
You will take the lead in outsourcing the firms pre-employment screening process to an identified third party across the UK and Internationally. You will be a credible project manager with prior experience implementingt pre screening processes ideally within a multi-sited and complex organisation.
- Project management and internal consulting skills along with strong analytical capabilities
- Relevant experience in outsourcing pre-screening is essential
- Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision-making skills
- Taleo experience would be benefical
