Fyte HR are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our client on a temporary contract for 6 months – candidates can be based from Bedford or Norwich and the pay rate for this role is £16.97 per hour.
Key responsibilities include:
To provide HR advice and support to Trust managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues.
To assist the Executive Directors, Trust managers and staff in the interpretation and implementation of Trust policies and procedures e.g. Grievance, Disciplinary and Sickness Absence. Report any issues of concern to the respective Head of HR.
To ensure that the Trust complies with employment legislation and proactively advise the Executive Directors and Trust managers of the implications of new legislation.
To be responsible for the development and review of Trust’s employment policies and procedures, ensuring that they reflect current legislation e.g. Equality Act 2010 and Working Time Regulations.
To contribute and lead on specific programmes of work and projects.
To ensure the Human Resources team meets and reports on its performance against national and local Human Resources performance framework targets.
To advise Executive Directors and Trust managers in the application of available reward and recognition systems.
To work with Executive Directors and Trust managers to develop and enhance their human resources knowledge and skills.
To manage HR advisers and HR Administrators in the Human Resources team.
Suitable candidates should be CIPD qualified with 2-3 years’ experience providing advice and guidance to managers that meet the operational needs on the business. You will have previous experience managing a team and be able to analyse and solve problems speedily and effectively.
