Page are currently recruting for an interim Document controller, this is an immediate start role. This is an immediate start role based in Manchester City Centre. This role is working within professional services and will be responsible for all aspects of document control, the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced.

The client is a large leading organisation, based in the City Centre. Looking to recruit a Document controller on a 3 month contract.

Description

The key responsibilities of the interim Document controller are:

  • Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
  • control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by the technical teams, projects or departments
  • Review and update technical documents
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use

Job Offer

£8 -10 per hour + Possibility of an extension
