Job Details

A boutique financial services organisation is looking for an experienced HR business partner with an investment banking or asset management background, plus additional exposure to end to end generalist roles in small to medium sized organisations. This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover, to start in January 2020.

You will support the Head of HR for the UK on key projects such as performance management and engagement and will also own and run with the day to day HR agenda. You will be supported by an administrative team and specialists across comp & bens, payroll and MI but all other aspects - recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee relations etc - sit with this role. This is a close knit team with no egos - you could as easily be drawing up a training plan or managing an absence issue as handling a piece of executive recruitment or facilitating a calibration discussion with senior stakeholders

Requirements

Demonstrable track record as and HR business partner within investment banking / asset management / boutique financial services

Excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach - good at 'making things happen'

Good understanding of the nature and process of performance management in investment banking

Up to date employment law knowledge and experience handing senior and sensitive employee relations cases

Exposure to driving engagement, recruitment and talent management processes

Collaborative nature with willingness to get involved at all levels

If the role is of interest, please do apply.
