A medium sized Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join the team as a number two to the Head of Reward. Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will act in a business partnering capacity looking after compensation, remuneration regulation and some benefits. Key responsibilities will include:Key role in planning and delivering the annual review for the company including salary review, bonus and additional compensation and deferred award schemesPreparation of analysis for board packs in advance of and following annual compensation reviewsKeep up to date with reward market practice and financial services regulatory requirements, attending relevant seminars and training sessionsDevelop and review policies and procedures for reward and benefit programmesWork with Business Heads and HR Business Partners on specific Reward projects, as required Key requirements:Solid experience in compensation with an understanding of the remuneration regulations within Financial ServicesStrong analytical/excelHigh level of attention to detailStakeholder management skillsPrevious experience within benefits as well as compensation, would be advantageous To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
