A large Engineering organisation based in Birmingham, with a network of offices across the country. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to focus on the recruitment of graduate, apprenticeship and internship positions. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Your new role
The Senior Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the management of end to end recruitment campaigns, including taking detailed briefs from hiring managers, advertising roles, screening and shortlisting, arranging interviews, facilitating assessment centres and offer management. The post holder will use a variety of direct sourcing attraction methodologies including social media, job fairs and building relationship with relevant external educational organisations. The Senior Recruitment Advisor will develop and implement the use of innovative recruitment and assessment tools, which are designed to attract, engage and identify the best talent in the market. The role will focus on the recruitment of graduate, apprenticeship and internship roles but will also manage some experienced hire vacancies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be an Internal Recruitment Specialist and preferably have experience of recruiting for graduate, apprenticeship and internship roles. You will have strong experience of managing recruitment campaigns and direct sourcing. You will be highly organised, have great stakeholder management skills and be committed to maximising the candidate journey experience.
