A leading industrial firm based in Pontefract are actively seeking a HR Administrator to add value to their HR function on a 12 month FTC with a view to becoming permanent. Working as part of a close-knit HR team, the successful candidate will provide essential transactional support whilst gaining exposure to generalist HR duties including recruitment campaigns, E.R cases, projects and more. CIPD funding is possible along with other great company benefits.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Administrator role based in Pontefract, roles and responsibilities are to include:

  • Monitor the T&A System with regard to overtime, lateness, missed clock in's
  • Compile monthly overtime, lateness, holiday pay, absence stats etc
  • Maintain holiday, absence and training records for employees. Notify site HR Business Partner of any need to trigger employee support
  • Keeping trackers, creating stats and various reports
  • Run weekly reports for overtime, lateness, sickness absence

Profile

Microsoft Office experience including a good working knowledge of excel

Flexible 'can do' attitude with solutions focused approach

Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines

Experience of T&A systems and processing variable pay data would be desirable

A strong desire to begin a career in HR

Job Offer
