I am working with a boutique investment management firm in Central London, who are recruiting for a European HR Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This is a newly created role to support the HR Director in implementing different reward schemes into the business, as well as taking ownership of cyclical reward activities. You will take ownership of the HRIS system, maintaining data integrity. You will manage the bonus and LTIP programmes. This is a creative environment to work in, and you will be given plenty of autonomy to develop the reward function. You will also develop talent management strategies alongside the HR Director.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a financial services business, and understand the different reward schemes within this industry. You will be creative and an ideas person. You will have examples of implementing reward frameworks within a business. You will also have worked within talent management of have an interest to develop this further.
