HR Business Partner
A US headquartered Fintech/Technology company are seeking a forward thinking HR Business Partner who will run a variety of projects alongside partnering and advising the senior managers in the London office and Internationally.
This is a new role that will be part of the London and international HR team. The role will report into a VP of HR and will also work closely with senior stakeholders across the group.
As an HR generalist you will coach and advise senior leaders on all aspects of HR from Employee Relations through to Organisational Development. Project management in performance development, leadership development and compensation and benefits will be a priority.
Skills and Experience
Applications are welcomed from those with a good academic background with extensive (ideally 8 years or more) experience in either financial, fintech or technology companies.
An entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment with excellent project management skills is essential.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience in working in an international environment would be ideal.
