Job Details
New Recruitment Manager role based in the London office of a leading Asian financial group. This is a newly created role in London, reporting directly to the Head of HR. Looking after around 100 experienced hire vacancies per year, you will work closely with your HRBP counterparts and the business to develop a professional resourcing offering and drive key outcomes such as internal mobility, direct recruitment, cost savings, and developing a graduate hiring programme.You will be the subject matter expert for all things recruitment and will look to take an embryonic function to the next level. Background required:
- Solid experience managing lateral / experienced hire recruitment, within a financial services (ideally securities) environment
- Exposure to at least one cycle of graduate recruitment
- Experience of multiple attraction and sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing
- Robust yet considerate approach and style
