A global trading organisation is looking for a recruiter to join their small team, covering a wide variety of roles across the business, with a lean towards Software Engineering and IT. You will help the team in executing strategies to source, identify and lead the interview process for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment process management from inception of role, to offer.

Build relationships and partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes.

Take ownership of relevant candidate pipelines and continue to develop them through various sourcing methods including direct sourcing, employee referrals, use of agencies when appropriate, etc.

Manage search firm relationships.

Work with the global Experienced Hire recruitment team to implement innovative sourcing and attraction methods.

Requirements:

Solid tenure of recruitment experience, hiring ideally with a background in Technology, Financial or Professional Services

Exceptional organisation, analytical and interpersonal skills, including a meticulous attention to detail.

Solid communication (both written and verbal) and relationship management skills.

Ability to exercise discretion and be thoughtful about internal and external communication.

Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively within and across various teams, and independently as appropriate.

Natural inclination to prioritise in a commercial manner, and keep candidates and hiring managers fully informed throughout a search.

Prior and relevant in house recruitment experience is beneficial however solid agency or search side experience in relevant markets will be considered
