A Financial Services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Associate to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Associate will assist in reward related matters and take ownership of the global Deferred Bonus Scheme. Key responsibilities:Take an active role in the year end compensation process for two key business areasOwn and deliver the global Deferred Bonus SchemePartner directly with the business, building strong relationships across the global remitWork closely with third party providers Key requirements:Previous experience working as part of a reward function in a compensation focussed roleExperience of active participation in the annual compensation process, ideally within a financial services reward functionStrong financial accumenAdvanced user of excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formula required as minimum)Stakeholder management skills To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
