Interim HR Manager job paying £170-£200 per day

You will be working for a University in South West London.
Your new role
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a responsive, efficient and trusted casework and recruitment service for the university. You will be responsible for ensuring that case work is managed to agreed standards in accordance with policies and best practise. In addition to this, you will build string relationships with stakeholders and Business Partners to ensure that the service delivered by the team meets and exceeds expectations. You will also have the responsibility of line managing 5 HR Advisers. This is an interim role for a period of 2-3 months, paying £170-£200 per day.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate strong generalist HR experience. You will also have previous experience line managing and personally enjoy this aspect of the job. As an individual you will be hardworking and adaptable to change. Previous experience working within Higher Education is highly desirable but not essential so please apply if you have relevant experience. To be successful, you will be required to start week commencing 21st October, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
