Job Details
A highly reputable, global professional services organisation is looking for a Graduate Programme Manager to work in a fantastic team. This is a 6 month FTC with opportunities for extension. Working alongside one other, you will be responsible for the end to end programme management of their graduate recruits across London and other UK offices. You will also work closely with the international Graduate Development Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about graduate development who wants to work in an exciting and international environment.
Accountabilities include:
- Working closely with your stakeholders, planning and managing the graduate rotation process
- Managing the performance management process for graduates including 1:1 performance review meetings
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to manage ER cases and conducting salary reviews
- Managing the 2nd year graduates into newly qualified positions
- Partnering with external training providers to design learning and development programmes, continued learning and induction programmes
- Working with HR and Reward to conduct annual salary reviews for the Graduates
- Attend industry events to keep up to date with trends in the market
- Attending graduate recruitment events on an ad hoc basis
Skills and experience
- You must have gained the above graduate development experience within professional services, financial services or a matrix environment
- Previous experience of programme management including high volume rotation management is required
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of performance management processes
- Work well under your own initiative, are self-motivated and demonstrate strong organisation skills
- Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong experience with MS Office
