JOB PURPOSE

NetworkHR have been retained by one of the leading blue collar services providers to support with the hire of a Head of HR Operations, this newly defined role will see the successful candidate manage a team of 7 generalist HR Administrators whilst, implementing a HR Ops strategy to provide an efficient central service to aid the business and Senior HRBP's.

The role of Head of HR Operations will require the successful individual to be a true subject matter expert from a multi-site environment, preferably within Construction, FM or Equipment markets and will have prior experience implementing and establishing HR Operations teams from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop efficiencies across all areas of transactional HR
• Ensure the timely and efficient production of contracts, paperwork and documentation
• Confirm the necessary financial, performance and compliance agreements are in place to provide assurance for all HR functional activities
• Implement SLA's / KPI's for the team to drive performance
• Pro-actively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong understanding of HR systems and the ability to engage with technical specialists and partner with them as a functional expert
• Experience in developing environments i.e. a ‘fixer' not just ‘business as usual'
• Prior exposure of business process design, process mapping, problem solving and related decision making
