An exciting opportunity is now available within a City based insurance business.

They are now looking for an HR Business Partner who is able to operate at pace, ambitious and commercial to work hand in hand with the Senior HRBP and HRD to help shape the future of HR and its relationship with the business.

This will be a multi-faceted role in which the HRBP will act as a true number two to the Senior HRBP. Additionally, the position will also be responsible for a premium client group within the organisation and be a true partner to them helping to guide and influence them through any people decisions and ultimately contributing to their commercial goals and achievements.

We are looking for candidates that have true generalist HR experience within a Financial Services or Professional Services business. Candidates will have strong emplolyee relations experience, a track record managing performance and recruitment processes, experience of being hands on during compensation round, and ideally some exposure to reorganisations / restructures.

You will also have a pragmatic approach, have strong business acumen, be able to work with challenging clients, be an excellent relationship builder and be willing to travel.
