are currently supporting an international organisation with the recruitment of an internal Recruitment Manager for a 9 month FTC in Bristol. Salary on offer £40-50,000pa.
Lead and be part of the UK's recruitment function located at the Bristol office.

This role is maternity cover, expected length to be circa 6-9 months

our role
We are currently looking to recruit a mid-seniority level Recruitment Team Manager to work within our expanding business. Located at our Bristol office, you'll manage a team of 3-8 recruiters and a partnered agency, to maintain first class resource delivery to meet our growing internal business needs.

You will possess creative problem-solving skills in a team environment and comfortable with communicating clearly and efficiently throughout varying levels of both the customer and businesses. Due to the nature of the assignments undertaken by the business you will work in an environment that promotes autonomy and initiative, requiring a flexible attitude. Above all, you will have a desire to progress.

Responsibilities
The Recruitment Team Manager will be primarily be responsible for the management of the team, administration of the recruiting budget and the recruitment of appropriately qualified and experienced staff to meet the needs of our clients and those of our internal businesses. The Recruitment Team Manager will be a member of the Capability Management Group, which is answerable to the UK board for the effective delivery of capability to service our clients. You will be reporting to the COO and expected to interact with and update the M2 as necessary.

Specifically, the Recruitment Team Manager will be responsible for;
*Managing and developing the core recruiting team
*Maintaining a close liaison with internal business clients to ensure that appropriately qualified and experienced staff are recruited in time and to cost
*Managing the recruiting budget
*Management of any short or long term supplier relationships- liaising closely with a Tier 1 supplier, and maintaining relationships with Tier 2 suppliers
*Provision of relevant recruiting performance data as necessary
*Acting as the focal point for all Group recruiting issues including representing UK in any Group development for tools such as ATS
*Management of our internal referral scheme
*Coordination of our Apprentice scheme
*University graduate engagement including Graduate fairs and Year in Industry placements and interns
*Running assessment centres for Graduates/Apprentices
*Day-to-day recruitment for one area of the business, and other key appointments as required
*Ensuring relevant recruitment processes are adhered to
*Supporting HR as appropriate with visa sponsorship for new hires

Qualifications and Technical Skills
*The candidate is likely to be educated to degree level or have demonstrable experience managing high volume recruitment activity and team members whilst working closely with the senior appointments,.
*Proven management of small teams isessential
*Personable and team focussed
*Set on a path of continuous professional development
*An ability to think analytically, maintain accurate records and deliver creative solutions
*Output activity focussed, which achieve align to the recruitment strategy
*An ability to manage and develop relevant processes and tools
*Management of a diverse range of staff and internal clients who are demanding and highly customer-focussed

Knowledge and Experience
Candidates must possess working experience in a relevant discipline such as recruiting or recruiting/HR. The role requires a high degree of interpersonal skills, resilience to deal with demanding internal clients and the ability to form strong relationships whilst operating semi-autonomously. Experience in the engineering or technology sector would be an advantage,

The candidate will:
*Be able to deal with a wide variety of problems and devise innovative and practical solutions.
*Possess organisational and presentational skills
*Work effectively both as part of a team and when working alone
*The candidate will have demonstrated their ability to take on representative responsibilities and be prepared to represent the business internally and externally as required
*Experience of working outside the UK is useful, and capability in foreign languages is a bonus
