Technology Recruiter - Liverpool Street

My client, a Global Company are seeking a recruitment resourcer to join their well established team.
As a member of the team you will serve as the sourcing point of contact for one or more of the business partners.

You will have significant influence and impact over the delivery of sourcing and pipe lining, while fostering a collaborative environment to ensure a great candidate experience and raising the bar with each candidate hired. You will have the chance to drive relevant sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition.

You must be able to successfully manage searches against a time line and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines. The successful individual will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun and get the job done. You will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, as well as possess deep organization, verbal and written communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
