This role is seeking a comprehensive HR administrative service to support the Human capital function at a global bank, coordinating with the Head of HR and the HR Businesses to achieve ad hoc duties, operational and admin aspects of project work. Recruiting new employees, arranging interviews and producing contracts also forms an element of this job.

Key responsibilities include;
-Providing a full HR Administrative Service for and within the Human Capital function
-Assisting the Head of HR in general ad hoc duties, operational and and admin tasks
-Payroll Collation and payslip requests
-Monitoring of absences and holiday reporting/processes
-Processing of HR invoices to Finance
- Arranging interviews and liaising with agencies, managers and updating recruitment trackers
-Monitoring of probation
-Obtaining satisfactory references
The successful candidate will have previous exposure in a HR Assistant role, preferably in the financial services industry and will be proactive, organised and have a high attention to detail. A CIPD is preferable, and familiarity with spreadsheets is essential.
This company offers 9-5 hours, prioritising a healthy work life balance for their employees. Our client also offers a salary of up to £32,000, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, private health care and a 15% non-contributory pension.
