HR Operations Coordinator - This role will consist of;
- Building relationships with key stakeholders who are resourcing freelancers and agency temps
- Ensure processes are developed maintained and implemented to keep all onboarding / offboarding of free lancers run smoothing.
- Carrying out the relevant IR35 checks, to ensure we are not in breach of regulations
- Complete contracts/documentation for all Free lancers and recruitment agencies
- Imputing the relevant information into the HR/Payroll system to ensure accurate records
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a self-motivated and confident individual who is happy working in a HR team of 8. You will need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. A strong knowledge of using Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. You must have an articulate attention to detail to ensure that we are in line with compliance requirements and all relevant details are always up to date.
