Senior HR officer in manufacturing -12 month FTC to start asap

Your new company
You will be working for a successful global manufacturing company located in Chesterfield which has sites across Europe.

Your new role
This role is a maternity contract for 12 months and will be based at the company head office in Chesterfield. You will report to the HR Director based on site and have overall responsibility for leading the HR strategy across the UK. This will see you lead on a number of key projects across the group linking in with HR Advisors on site to ensure the projects are implemented and been actionem. In addition you will be the main point of contact for all ER advice at head office and across the wider group. You will be responsible for all recruitment and issuing new contracts for new starters.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in the manufacturing industry and have previously worked in a HR generalist role and have experience in ER and leading on HR projects. You will be confident in handling complex ER queries and excellent stakeholder relationships. You will need to be positive, enthusiastic, have a flexible attitude and self-motivated. You will be available immediately or on short notice.
