Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global business to business client recruiting for a Senior Manager (Performance, Reward and Data Analytics). This is a newly created role, reporting directly into the CHRO and managing a junior data analyst. The role will be key in the delivery of all compensation and performance related activities. You will be managing the annual performance review, compensation review, benefits renewals and benchmarking activities as well as reviewing and improving current processes and policies. Our client is ideally looking for the successful candidate to have previous experience of working with Workday, as you will also be supporting with the implementation of Workday's advanced compensation module. You will ideally have the experience of handling large data sets and the ability to provide and present solid people metrics and insights to the business. The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced environment with the ability to deliver in a corporate yet creative environment. Financial services sector experience is desirable but not essential.
