Group Internal HR Communcations Manager
We are actively recruiting for an Group Internal HR Communication Manager to join our client in Sutton.
Reporting to the HR Director and sitting in the HR function, you will be accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering all global internal communications initiatives, campaigns, materials and events through relevant delivery channels. You will also provide communications and change management support for the implementation of our client's digitalisation strategy internally, and provide support to other Group functions.
About the role
·HR branding review and refresh, to ensure there is clarity in messaging and identity across core HR areas and initiatives i.e. Performance management, employee survey, learning and development, recognition, diversity and inclusion/sustainability
·Employer of Choice and Recruitment branding refresh
·Embed the new vision, strategy, differentiators and values internally
·Improve leadership communication cascade into the management level
·Support embedding the performance management process
·Digitalisation strategy: internal communication and change management support for the digitalisation team.
·Internal communications support and guidance for Global Functions
·Coordination and engagement with Regions and wider business to drive internal communications messaging
·Brand management - ensures communications activities consistently adhere to corporate brand guidelines
·Occasional travel may be required
·Relevant previous experience at supervisory or management level in a large global organisation.
·Change management experience
·Creative, autonomous, flexible and adaptable to suit nature of working in communications environment
·The position calls for a self-motivated individual capable of working under own direction
·Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
·Ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences
·Ability to work both strategically and operationally
