I am currently supporting one of London's most exclusive entertainment brands, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying between £35,000 and £38,000.

Working alongside the HR Manager, you will be part of an HR team of 4, with an employee headcount of 230.

This is a generalist role, allowing you to get involved with ER, training, and building relationships with employees. This will provide the opportunity to develop your ER skills, and also become a key contact in the organisation. There will also be some involvement with recruitment, but more of a focus around selection and interviews.

On top of the base salary, this role also offers 20 days holiday and employee discounts. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-6. This is a single site, so no travel will be required in this role. The interview process will involve a phone call with the HR Manager, followed by two face to face interviews.

I am looking to speak with HR professionals who are interested in devleoping their careers within the world of hospitality and entertainment. You will also have experience and a good understanding of performance management and wider ER issues.
