Part - Time HR Operations Officer
Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Financial Services organisation based in London to recruit a HR Officer on a part time permanent basis for three days a week.
As the HR Officer you will be responsible for providing a range of HR and Payroll services to the business.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining accurate records within the HR system.
Process all HR admin requests, e.g cycle to work, season ticket loans.
Production of employment contracts and contract changes.
Managing leaves of abscence e.g maternity, paternity.
Support HR Processes e.g annual compensation reviews and HR Projects.
Manage monthly payroll changes for specific locations.
Manage employee payroll queries.
Ensure that issues are adressed and escalated as appropriate.
Strong knowledge of HR Systems (peoplesoft)
Strong HR administrative duties.
Good knowledge of payroll.
This is an exciting role to work for a global FS organisation on a part - time 3 day a week basis. The role is paying £50,000 + Benefits (Pro - Rata'd)
