A global science and research organisation based in Teddington looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.

Description

  • Provide strong advice and support on handling and resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Provide support to managers during the recruitment cycle
  • Offering guidance on salary benchmarking
  • Implement the company performance management process
  • Support with succession planning
  • Carry out training needs analysis for employees
  • Support organisational development and change
  • Maintaining accurate employee information in the central database across overseas offices
