Graduate Recruitment Assistant

You will be immersed in all aspects of graduate recruitment and making sure they develop into fine solicitors.

In terms of recruitment, you will be working with the trainees, apprenticeships, placement students and vacation students. You will need to attract people using the traditional methods of marketing however, you also need to be able to use social media and modern ways of reaching out to students. Furthermore, you will be involved in the design of the recruitment materials as you will have direct knowledge in how these materials are being received by students on the ground. Collecting feedback on how materials are received is going to be essential when it comes to working with the team that is going to improve.

Whilst you are in this role, you will need to build strong relationships with senior recruitment team members and champions within the firm, whilst also maintaining positive relationships with universities and students alike. You will need to be enthusiastic, confident and have a robust skill set. Being a team player is going to be key to your success in this position as you will be a member of a professional team of people is going to be vital.
