Interim HR Manager

My client, a market leader in the hospitality industry, are seeking an experienced HR Manager that is able to start immediately for a 3 month contract (likely to be extended).

Being a market leader within the hospitality and food industry, the ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced driven environment. Supporting over 60 stores across the UK this position is based in Central London with the ability to work from home whenever needed. You will be the most senior person in HR (reporting into the financial advisor), and overseeing a HR Advisor. Key responsibilities will include; recruitment, ER, compliance, HR projects, and Learning & Development.

The ideal person will have experience of working autonomously within a senior HR role, able to manage a team, and confident being the main POC for any HR related issues with senior stakeholders.

The contract is initially for 3 month's but is likely to be extended. Please get in touch for more information.
