Annapurna HR are working with a large, UK based FS business who have an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst focusing on all UK Markets.
Reporting into the Head of Compensation you will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Supporting the Annual compensation review processes and incentive reviews
- Gender Pay Gap Reporting
- Analytical support - Working on job evaluation, benchmarking and organisation design
- Compensation market data, salary ranges and budget forecasts
The ideal individual will have the following:
- Advanced Excel and Analytical skills, and the ability to manipulate and work with large data sets.
- The ability to communicate these findings in a clear and concise manner throughout the Business
- Comprehensive benchmarking experience and a proven track record of assisting and delivering year end processes.
