Role: Senior HR Business Partner Industry: Technology Location: Central London Salary: 75,000 - 95,000 My client are a UK-leading technology business who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their London office to support their Engineering team with a global remit. You will be supporting senior leaders in the business to help them make decisions with a people focus and in line with their people strategy. Recommending improvements, new ways of working and strengthening managers' capabilities will come natural to you, particularly within the technology space. A good understanding of needs and ways of working is key! No two days will be the same with this role where you will be rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day people needs, building strong relationships with managers and your client group, as well as identifying issues, solving problems and mentoring junior members of the people team. They offer a trusting and transparent working environment which needs continuous improvement which you can optimise for impact. You will be able to support on multiple projects, whilst initiating ways to maintain their fantastic culture. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be analytically orientated and build relationships with ease.
