HR Shared Services Centre Manager
Our client a leading FMCG organisation based in Cambridgeshire is looking for an experienced HR Shared Service Centre Manager to lead, coach and develop an HR shared services team.
If you have the experience and passion for building and developing a high- performance team in an HR shared service environment to deliver an excellent customer experience to both managers, employees and HR, throughout the employee lifecycle this is a great opportunity for you.
Experience will ideally include process optimisation, working with workflow and HR analytics tools and integrating self-service functions and learning systems. International experience preferred.
