What will you be doing?

This is a stand-alone hands-on role, with lots of variety and the opportunity to work with a range of different people across the business, so this person will need to be confident with juggling lots of tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly from a recruitment perspective.

They specifically need help with hiring outstanding salespeople into the organisation. These will be both office-based telesales professionals (predominantly entry level sales roles) and also field sales roles across the UK.

The business is focused on the growth of their sales capability, the pace of culture & resilience. You will help directly source the right people that fit in with this through advertising, database searches and other effective campaigns.

You will help the business removing a need to use agencies. You will help manage the interview and assessment processes and support the business with attracting the very best talent available in the market.

In addition to filling the vacancies that the business currently has open, you will also develop a genuine pipeline of suitable talent that can be contacted for future similar roles.

Who are we looking for?

You don’t need to have internal recruitment experience as someone that has worked in agency would understand this type of business. This is a great opportunity for someone that is wanting to make the shift from agency to internal recruitment. They don’t come along that often…

We would really like to see people that have generalist and volume recruitment experience and come with a solid recruitment toolkit that will enable you to source people directly. If you have hired sales people previously that would be a real bonus but this is not essential.

Your cultural fit will be important. You should be someone that is self-motivated and takes pride in their work and has a great sense of humour, as you will be working with a like-minded bunch who are passionate about their work.
