We are delighted to be recruiting for a well know healthcare provider who operate across 70 plus clinics servicing more than 700,000 private and NHS patients.
They are entering a real growth phase, implementing positive changes throughout the business and as such need an additional HR Advisor to work alongside the Senior HR Business Partner to help and support with rolling out a new system as well as other generalist HR functions such as
*Contracts for new starters
*Maintain HR Database
*Effective communication in regard to payroll cut-off
*Support Managers with ER functions, checking letters and taking notes in meetings
Skills and Experience
*Typically, graduate level or corresponding experience
*Working towards or holding a CIPD qualification (Support will be given)
*Good Knowledge of ER and employment legislation
*Accuracy and quality of information for HR
*Able to be self-sufficient and operate within a matrixed HR environment
Ultimately this is a very important role for the Company, you will be lent on in a good way and loyalty in very important, there are progression opportunities to Junior BP if you wanted to.
