Description

The successful HR Administrator would be responsible for:

*ensuring the office is run smoothly

*managing all HR records and keeping them up to date

*issuing any contractual changes

*ensuring employees take part in the correct training

*carrying out health and safety inductions for all new-starters

Profile

The successful HR Administrator will have:

*office management experience of at least 1 year

*extensive administrative experience

*experience using an HRIS

*CIPD Level 3
