We're currently working with an prestigious international professional services firm based in London to find a Learning and Development Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will assist the L&D team in delivering a first-class programme to the staff of the firm.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing the firm's apprentice programme

- Assisting in designing of skills training and induction programmes

- Liasing with other areas of the firm on session including diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing

- Assessing training needs and reccomending interventions

- Assisting with queires on continued professional development

- Overseeing bookings of external training and occassionally delivering

- Travel to other UK offices and support international offices

- Ensuring complaince training is run successfully and completed

This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure and development within a global and fast-paced organisation and suitable candidates will possess:

- A passion for learning and development - preferably with previous experinece within professional services industry

- Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and project managment skills

- Flexibility and commitment with plenty of initiative
