A new role is available for a HR Officer to join an leading bank in central London. This desirable role is within a business that has a friendly, flat structured culture and where everyone is approachable. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all employees seeking support. The role you will cover recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, exit process and ah hoc duties. We are looking for someone to join the team of 2 with 6 months+ experience in HR. this company are very passionate about delivering individuals and promoting within, great opportunity to start your CIPD. RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide full support and guidance on all HR mattersDeal with general HR queries and provide advice and follow-up, as appropriateCarry out pre employment checks and co-ordinate the Bank's induction for new joinersEnsure all personnel files are accurate and up-to-dateParticipate in and support the HR team in various processes such as HR Audits, SOPs and E LearningProvide operational support in relation to specific HR projectsAssist with general HR administration, including recruitment, benefits and trainingRun/generate monthly and ad hoc employee data reportsOrganise, conduct and maintain data on leavers and exit interviewsLead and coordinate the monthly payroll process in collaboration with the external payroll provider and respond to pay related questionsTrack and capture all visa and immigration related documentationProcess any data changes, workflows & paper work such as training request, promotions and internal transfersHelp resolve grievance, disciplinary, absence & performance management issuesMaintain and update all organisational charts REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years Hr experienceLongevity in roles - 2 years minimumFinancial or professional servicesAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentProactive, 'can do' approachDiscreet / confidential approach
